If you walked round the supermarket and only bought the following then chances are you will leaner, healthier and more positive.  Bad food doesn’t sneak in to your trolley on its own.  You make a conscious choice to buy it.  Once you have bought it you will eat it!!!  Its actually relatively hard to gain considerable amounts of fat from natural food. For the most part I believe weight gain is a result of bad choices, ignorance and a lack of accountability.  If you can conquer these elements then it really isn’t that hard.  Get control, reduce the stress that comes from “guilty eating” and enjoy food for what it is.
